Today I cheated huge time!!  I went to a Detroit Red Wing game with my
husband and we couldn't resist having some (4 peoces)of Little Ceasers
Pizza at Jos. Louis Arena.  But it didn't end there, when we were coming
home we made a stop at the Winks store and we each bought a box of Mike and
Ike candy.  I cant beleive it!!  I have been so strong on this LC diet and
then something triggered it today:(((((  There is no doubt that I have been
completly knocked out of ketosis, and I am feeling about 5lbs heavier then
I did this morning.  I had better work out twice as hard tommorow at the
gym.  Any suggestions on what and how I should be eating for the next few
days?  I dont want this to set me back I have been stalled now for almost a
week:(
Thanx
GO WINGS GO!!

i would just go back on induction for the next 3-4 days.  in my experience,
this may knock you out of the stall you are experiencing.

I agree with sue.  Just go on Induction for a couple or so days.  Don't be
surprised if you break your stall.  It has happened to me doing that very
thing.  Get right back on the wagon though.

A suggestion... next time try  eating only the pizza top... all the carbs
are in the dough but the flavor is in the top. Also eat slowly... savor each
bite. To avoid future situations, have a big glass of psyllium husk powder
lemmon drink and you won't even feel hungry.
Go Bruins!!!!
