I'm one of those foolish people who thought they could handle carbs
after losing a ton with Atkins. I can't. They set off voices in my
head. I need to keep to leafy greens and a few berries. I know that
now. I'm repenting. I'm back on the Atkins wagon. This time for good.
I need all the help I can get. I hope this newsgroup will keep me
focused.

Welcome back. You have lots of company in that many people have gone
off plan and found it didn't work. :-)
