I haven't seen a posting regarding Smints lately, so I'll make one for the
newbies. If you want a little something sweet, but breath mints, etc., have too
many carbs, try SMINTS if you have them in your area. I LOVE Peach and Wild
Berry flavored Smints. Each Smint contains 1/5 of a carb, as compared to a Tic-
Tac, which has 1 carb each. Mind you, I dislike the MINT flavored Smints,
because they taste quite medicinal -- sometimes I think of Vita-Meata-Vegimin
when I have one (when I need a quick breath freshener), but as I said, the Peach
& Wild Berry are GREAT. The Peach ones, in particular, are wonderful because
they taste EXACTLY like you would expect a PERFECT peach to taste like, but
without the sticky juice, fuzzy skin, pit or possible mushiness! I WAS getting
them at Smart & Final, but they stopped carrying them -- good thing I stocked up.
I've found the Wild Berry ones at FoodMax (I THINK that's the name -- it's one of
those bag-your-own stores) pretty cheap. I've seen them at Target, too, but they
are more expensive there. They may be called "Frisk" instead of "Smints" in your
area.

I just saw some this morning at Walgreens. I'll have to try them for
when I need something minty, like those days when ketone breath could
knock a buzzard off.

LOL I think that is what most low-carbers use them for. I love the lemon
mint ones..
