I was going to hang out on my 185 pounds for a while, but I think I can go
down another 5. I don't know if I can do it in a month or not. That may be
a tall order and not doable, but I will give it a try. I think that will be
enough though or at least I hope so. Carol Ann, I signed up again on your
site. Hope you get it.
My new states are below.

This has been a real stinker for me. I made it to 141 then back up to 145 DH
was diagnosed with end-stage prostate cancer, we went to the Dom Republic
for vacation, I came back at 153 and have settled in at 150. DH got a DUI so
I have to drive him to work everyday, and sometimes drive him around all day
so there goes the exercise thing. But my weight has been staying right there
at 150 so I think I will let in sit here for a month or two. My clothes
still fit pretty much the same as they did at 145. My jeans don't bag in the
a.s so much and I can still wear a 9 or 11 jr. I think that I'll make a new
push this spring when I can get outside and walk and ride my bike. Hopefully
S3.5 will learn to ride without trainers this year so we can bike around the
block. Also I plan on getting a trampoline this year and they are great
exercise (had one growing up, an old rectangular steel frame that is now at
my brother's house and still in great shape)
Congrats Curt and good luck on your continued loss.
