In my freezer are about 12 hamburger patties, 15 pork chops, 20 chicken
breasts, and most of a boiled ham, all cooked and individually packaged. In
the fridge are a big bag of baby spinach, 2 bags of shredded cheese, and a
couple of huge bunches of brocolli.  My dad's been on a shopping and
cooking spree, I'd say I'm pretty well set for food for quite a while. :o)

Mmm, baby spinach. I've been craving spinach like crazy lately. Must buy some
tomorrow.

Aren't well-stocked fridges great?

I love when I get all that going on.  I don't pre cook, just individually
wrap and freeze.  My freezer is pretty empty right now.   Just some home
made Chorizo sausage.

Sound like you are going to be on a roll with all that good food ready to
go.

sounds great,
after a year of buying steaks one or two at a time, DH bought us a side of
beef (340 lbs) that came as 80 lbs of hamburger and the rest as steaks, and
roasts!
He came back from his fishing trip with 20 crappies that were 14" long and
6" wide. I am having surf and turf for lunch today. pan sauted fish, ribeye
on the grill salad and some steamed broccoli! LC heaven.

Oh!  We have that too!  I've been trying to cut back on cheese though, so
I'm using the spinach mostly in salads.
