Whadda scam! The "low glycemic cornstarch" I saw was an ingredient on
something that was going to be cooked. So it would become high glycemic
cornstarch when used according to package directions, I imagine.
Not that it was a factor weighed into the decision to buy or not, but
it's the principle of the thing.
Capitalism sucks. :-(

I saw that "low glycemic corn starch" on their labels too.
Hey, folks, just remember spaghetti and oatmeal are "low glycemic" too. But
eventually they get into your blood stream as glucose, however many grams
are in the food, and there is no way you will stay in a ketosis state if you
chug a lot of "low glycemic" anything.
