And I can't believe how much better I feel. Doesn't seem to matter
what kind of carbs - I can eat the best quality whole wheat, oatmeal,
brown rice - and I feel like crap. Two days of meat, spinach, and
broccoli and I feel like a million bucks again.

Well, if it keeps up that will be great. I know when I start I feel great
for two days and then the third and fourth days I don't feel all that great
and then I start to feel great again. There are people that feel great from
the get-go. Maybe you are one of them. :)
Enjoy the weight loss you are soon to experience!

Ain't it great? Though I didn't do induction, hadn't even heard of it when
I started low-carb. I just gradually weaned myself off of carbs, over
about a 2 week period, kind of doing a reverse induction. Anyway, I also
feel so much better on this WOE, my theory is that it's not just the
lowered carb intake, but I am also probably for the first time in my life
finally getting enough protein.

I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.
