I threw this together last night and it turned out so yummy I had to share.
Everything is approximate.

Ingredients
Bacon
Leeks
Cauliflower
Butter
Thyme
Chicken broth
Salt/Pepper/Garlic salt
Heavy Cream

Sautee 3 slices of bacon (chopped) until cooked, remove from pan.  Add 3 leeks
(I cut them in half and then slice) to the bacon fat, and about 2 cups of
chopped cauliflower.  I added equal amounts, basically, of cauliflower and
leeks.  I added to this about 1/2 cup of butter to give it some more fat, and
sauteed for a few minutes.

Added enough chicken broth to cover, seasoned to my taste with
thyme/salt/pepper/garlic salt, and let cook until the cauliflower and leeks
were soft.

I then blended with my hand blender, and added some heavy cream and warmed up
on the stove for a minute or two.

I put some of the crispy bacon on top and enjoyed with loads of fresh cracked
black pepper.

Enjoy!!

That sounds good!  I'm having a problem with a back tooth (I'm guessing it's
abscessed or possibly a cracked root) and started eating soft stuff as of
yesterday, so this is very timely for me.  I'm running a temperature of over 100
(first thing in the morning!), but feel fine other than pain, so I suspect it may
be infected (I see my dentist later today).  It hurts when I smile :-)  OUCH!
See?  I defrosted some fauxtatoes and turkey veggie soup (which I'll pureee) in
the meantime.
