Yesterday I couldn't get anything right, and felt wrong all day as well.
The telephone calls i made were to the wrong parties, with the wrong
information.
I had no decision making ability, and couldn't sit thru a class in the
evening.
I bought a book that will sit on my shelf, most likely.(The Patriots, a book
re american history)
I've been on induction for more than two weeks; i eat atkins cereal or
coddled eggs
for breakfast, or scrambled eggs + coffee. For lunch sometimes a salad or a
steak+salad.
Dinners are usually veggies + tofu, or some kielbasa + saurkraut. No breads,
pastas,
etc. I've only lost about 6-7 lbs, 4 of which is waterweight. I am
generally low calories,
and around 20 carbs a day. When i take my ketones, its usually negative.
Last night though, i ate at fresh choice and mangled things
with a corn muffin, and after in for a penny, i had chocolate brownie like
muffin. in for a pound then.
I'm tired 50-70% of the time, and complain about it a lot more than usual.
any suggestions ???

If you were on induction, you should not have been eating the cereal. It's hard
to tell from your description, but it sounds like you may not be getting enough
fat. What do you put on your salad as dressing? What do you scramble your eggs
in? Try adding some cheese. Are you taking a multi-vitamin?
The corn muffin and brownie may, of course, cause you to feel badly for a while.

I also wonder .. it sounds like there might be days when you have cereal
for breakfast, then nothing but a salad for lunch. You are going the
whole day through with no protein until dinner. I know I couldn't do
it. I feel so much better on days when I have a good three-egg omelet
with cheese and maybe even bacon on the side for breakfast. On those
days I don't even notice when lunch time rolls around, but I purposely
eat another good meal for lunch, again with at least some protein, and
then maybe a salad or some other low carb veg. Try it for a week, and
then tell us how you feel.

Are you getting enough fluids? When I'm dehydrated (and I dehydrate
easily due to a number of causes) I get tired and stupid.

Glad to hear it - might have been that you were fighting off a virus or
something too - that also will slow one down considerably. At any rate,
as long as it's just passing, I wouldn't worry too much - control the
controllables, and leave the rest!

Suggestion: stay fat. You're too stupid and weak to do anything else.

Most of us probably aren't in danger of eating too little. :)

Don't ask question if you're not ready to see the answers.
Why are you fat?

He's been decimated? You destroyed 10% of him? Which 10%?
