Anyone know if you can buy carb free Russell Stover candy in the UK???

You have been misled.

There is no such thing as carb free russell stover candy.

The ones that are advertised as "low carb" contain carbohydrate called
"maltitol". Because there is no legal definition of "low carb", they
get away with claiming that junk food to be "low carb".

Remember a simple rule of thumb: low carb labeled junk food is still
junk food.
