Not true, actually.  Much of semen is fructose.
But there isn't much of it.
This question comes up about every 6 months, and the answer with

think in their FAQ.

As to the original question, as best as I recall, ingesting a single
ejaculate probably would amount to less than a gram of carb.  Of course
if one were to be doing that for a living all day, it could add up.
