I am sorry if this does not work as a post in this group, but does anyone
know where you can find a site that will help a person trying to log their
meals as in carbs, fats, etc., that covers more dine out meals.  Looking for
inf. on Chinese meals, and other types of fast food locations.

I was given a book from my diabetic nutritionist that has the basics, like
McD's, Taco B., KFC, Boston Mkt, etc.  but looking for a little more inf.?
