Second that. NoStarch is a fabulous product. I use it all the time. I love
all the products I've tried from www.expertfoods.com.

No. ThickenThin Not/Starch works well (made from a combination of xanthan and
guar gum, plus something else). You can get it from netrition.com. You could
also just use xanthan gum or guar gum, which are usually found in the baking
section of many health food stores.

Hi,
My company sells porkrinds and while they are good for lots of things,
thickening with them just doesn't work. (ask me how I know :-)
My company has a product coming out next week called Gram's Gourmet Quick
Thick'ner. It's in a shaker bottle, a mix of guar and xanthan gums that are
prehydrated for no clumping. Pretty cool....
