Hi everyone!
Recently enjoyed a soup made with celeriac root. It was wonderful!
Would like to recreate it at home however cannot locate carb/nutrient info
on this.
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Celeriac, or celery root as it's also called, makes a nice alternative
to mashed potatoes and is fairly low in carbs. I'm thinking of using
it as an alternative to potaotes in clam chowder too.
