Carbometer vs. Fitday

Hi all,

I am tracking my carb consumption on the computer.  I used fitday the last
go-round (before LC) and liked the way it kept track of everything.  Now I
have to subract the fiber from the carbs to get net carbs, and I am not sure
how accurate it is.

I downloaded a trial version of Carbometer, http://www.carbometer.com/
which tracks only netcarbs.  It is not as sophisticated as Fitday, but seems
to offer a more accurate net carb count.   I am currently using both
programs and notice a difference of 2 to 3 carbs per day.  Since I am
limiting to 20 carbs currently, I want to take advantage of each one
allotted!

I am interested if anyone has comments on which of either programs are most
useful, or if there is another one out there that I missed.

thanks,
Onoma

The PC version of FitDay lets you do net carbs. There are several
programs out there but I don't know of any other free ones. It would
be nice if you could tinker with them more. I hope you find one that
you like.
