Frisee Salad With Lardons and Poached Eggs

I saw Wolfgang make this last night (don't know why it says "Sara's Secrets")
and my mouth was watering.

It says "Sara's Secrets" because the recipe you are linking to was her
version, from her show (I saw it last week) The one you saw on Wolgang Puck
is here:
