What's up everyone?  I keep an eye on the board and every now and
again i'll throw out my 2 cents with a post.  I'm a successful
lo-carb'er. dropped 170lbs, and on maintenence now.  Well the gym i
train at is having a dieting workshop and going over all kinds of
diets, lo-fat, lo-carb, miami, and some other legit ones, as well as
some "fad" ones.  In any case they asked me to sit in on the session
where they review lo-carb diets, to relay my story, and answer some
questions.  But anyhow, i've put together a small, basic website with
some pictures that i'll have the people check out in the class.  Just
thought you guys might want to check it out too.....

Website is:    http://dallas.0catch.com/diet.html

Good luck with those diets!

Nah, did the typical male wannabe gearhear thing. tore out the old
engine and started building a 1000 horsepower turbocharged 355 for it,
and never finished. Sold it for next to nothing about 3 months ago.

The website Dallas is using will try to install spyware on your system.

Not if you use a popup blocker.
I had a different problem with the site, when I tried to view the pix the
caption said
"20 Meg Limit Exceeded"
and the text of the webpage said
"40 Meg Limit Exceeded"

Oh, well.
Mark.

I can't see it, apparently exceeded the daily amount of hits.

:-(

Hopefully I can check it out at a later date! I love inspirational
stories, especially pics.

I get the message "40 meg limit exeeded", probably too many people trying to
look at once!

I saw them! Awesome progress Dallas, you are looking incredible and
strong.

Looking forward to seeing the new pics you said you would post, my Hub
is a big fan of wrestling (Yea), so I bet he will know that guy.

Great job and thanks for the inspiration. I think my husband will be
able to relate as he started at approx the same wght.
