I made this recipe last night for dinner and it was SUPERB and so easy. I had
a piece cold for breakfast this morning and it was delicious.

Thought I'd pass it along!!!

Sounds great! I'll try it myself, but think I might substitute spinach and
ham since I can't get arugula and pancetta in my town.

I used bacon and it was just fine. hehe
