My gut reaction is that they can't be serious.  That means they
probably are.  :-)

All -meat tortillas would eliminate a great benefit of low-carb tortillas:
great fiber content.

I'd guess that it means that the testers liked all four of the available
flavors (Classic Garden Herb, Spicy Mexican, Italian Herb, Asian Spice)

Funny way to word it, though :-)
