Today I went shopping for semolina flour at Sofo's, which is
an ethnic store near by (it was for SO, who likes to make
his own pasta).  I can't possibly describe the intense
cravings I felt.  The fresh baked bread and overall Italian
cooking smell just about drove me nuts.  I grabbed the
flour, paid, and got out as quickly as possible.  Haven't
had that feeling since starting this WOE.  Maybe rule number
one should be never ever go shopping hungry.  Another lesson
learned.
