What is HEAVY cream?In Australia we have THICKENED cream.Is this it?If
so...it has carbs,about the same as milk.Here is the information per 100ml:-
Carbohydrates
TOTAL=3.2gm
SUGARS=3.2gm..........(Should I count this as 6.4gm
or 3.2gm?)
Now for the MILK:-
Carbohydrates(per100ml)
TOTAL=4.9gm
SUGARS=4.9gm.......again,should I count this as 9.8gm
or 4.9gm?
Is there some other cream that is Low Carb that I don't know about.I read
ALL of the brands and they all had round about the same carbs as above.I may
as well drink milk as its not much more?
What are the Carb figures on the back of the cartons for American "heavy"
cream?

Normal plain fresh cream - not thickened. 1 cup is about 6.6g carbs.
