I'm having trouble deciphering the nutritional label . . . .  (fitday
complained when I added it)

Total Calories                10
Total Fat                          0g
Total Carbohydrates        2.3g
Dietary Fiber                    2.3g
Protein                            0.1g

Fitday wouldn't accept because the number of calories doesn't match.  Fitday
subtracts the fiber from the carbs before multiplying by the factor
(4cal/g).  How should I enter this custom food into fitday?

Hi Amy,
According to the hidden carb calculator,
http://www.lowcarb.ca/low-carb-tools/hidden_carbs.html
there is 2.44 gr of useable carbs.  The calculator calculates the same way
Jenny does it too.
Try entering into fitday Total carbs: 4.74 gr.  It should work out proper
that way.  That also means the product is not 0 carbs.  The label is
misleading.
BTW, I'm not a pro at this so if anyone wants to check my work go for it.
:) Monica
