I already ate twice today. I got up around 11 in the morninh, had scrambled
eggs and ham at noon, had brocolli and a grilled chicken breast at around
6.  Then I went out to karaoke, had a grand time, drank two light beers and
didn't get any food.  So now I'm home at 2 AM and I'm hungry. Not "munchie"
hungry but stomach growling meal hungry.  I want to go to bed pretty soon,
I don't want to get back in the habit of late night snacking, but I'm
awfully hungry and I can't sleep with all this noise from my tummy.

I have only 3 flaws.  My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.

I bet it is the beer. I am always hungry after beer.

That's what you get for drinking beer.

Most of us probably aren't in danger of eating too little. :)

Yeah, once a week I go out and have two beers, but I usually get a salad
with grilled chicken while I'm there, and that's dinner. Since I ate early
though, and stayed up later than usual, that's why I got hungry.  I
realized after I posted that well, it had been 8 hours since I last ate, no
wonder I was hungry.  I ended up having 6 cheese cubes and then going to
bed.  I'm not too upset about it, it's not going to be a regular thing to
eat right before bed, and that's a whole lot less food than I used to eat
as my late night "snack."

Tuna, a little mayo, and soem chopped up lettuce, or use the lettuce
as "scoops" for the tuna.  Works well for me.  Beer gives me cravings,
light or otherwise.  I stick to gin and diet cokes, or just have soda
water.  Best is to have something while you are drinking, like chicken
wings.  But there isn't always that option.

And you can't connect the cause and the effect?
