Fresh coconut, that is. Also sugarfree grated coconut.
Anyone have any idea?
I'm looking for natural high-fat veggie foods which are low-carb.

Lots of entries in the USDA database:

Olives and avocados come to mind.

Ooh. Wonderful. I love olives. Can snack on them all day.
Well this is all great news. I'm not a person who likes to eat fat on
meat, or chicken skin. Or huge amounts of cheese.
Breakfast this morning was a can of white tuna mixed with chopped
avocado, sesame oil and shredded nori (seaweed) - was soooo tasty!!

good counter for different foods
I found coconut here:
http://www.lowcarb.ca/low-carb-tools/carb_counter.html
dried unsweetened about 2 carbs per ounce ( I weighed it as 1/2 cup=1 oz
that is unbelievable- someone please verify)
about 6 carbs per 100 grams raw coconut. I bought a fresh one, shredded it
in the food processor and mixed it with just enough splenda to sweeten. nice
snack. freeze what you don't need, it goes sour after a few days.

Try using the USDA nutrient database search at
http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl
For 1 ounce unsweetened coconut (you can buy it at health food stores,
usually refrigerated section
Carbohydrate, by difference g 6.705
Fiber, total dietary g 4.621
2.084 net carbs per ounce
One of my favorite snacks is to get the coconut flakes, spray with Pam and
salt and bake them until lightly browned. Takes just a few minutes and is
sooo good!
