I'm not sure what the specific Atkins-related benefit is, but if my doctor
uncle says take it, that's good enough for me. My family doctor didn't even
tell me to take Vitamin E.

Thank you, I'm aware of Vitamin E's many benefits. Your posts in this
thread started off saying:
"According to my uncle (a doctor), stuff with aspertame (i.e.: most
softdrinks) is ok as you take 800mg of vitimin E every day; and I LUV
my softdrinks."
Then JD made some statements:
"With the miniscule amount of nutritional training doctors receive,
it'd be a cold day in hell before I'd take any advice of that sort.
Keep the vitamin E, bag the pop."
You replied with a link to aspartame information. When I asked for
the Vitamin E linkage to aspartame you provided another link but only
to information about Vitamin E.
I'm waiting for you to establish the linkage between the two
substances now. I thought you were going to show why Vitamin E
intake should be increased when taking aspartame. Have I
misunderstood your intent? If so, what was your intent?
Take care,
Carmen
