Thanks for the replies. What I'd really like is to have a "stable" of
favorite foods that could be called up more quickly to punch in for the days
intake.
Maybe the net based version does that? If not does the downloaded version
do it?

I'm sure both do, but the net based version has (or had) a problem with
selecting "normal" quantities of food. For instance, I'd select flax oil,
and the program would select a quart (!) of oil. I wouldn't figure this
out until my calories were some incredible amount.

Both version do that. On the net they're called 'custom foods.' You
input the quanties, carbs, fats, protein, fiber etc yourself. The PC
version allows you to drag and drop from recipes. Then you only need
to tell it what portion of the whole you will be eating.

The PC version also has "Favorites." You can keep a list open on the
right-hand side with custom or favorites. It comes in handy. It also
remembers the last quantity you used of an item.

Exactly what I'd be willing to pay for. Does my data from using the online
version sync into the downloaded version?
We're only talking 3 days here, but I'm curious about the answer.

I just did a quick look, and I can't see an import feature. If you're
only dealing with 3 days, it would be easy to re-enter.
