Thanks... I started the SB on Jan 4th along with my lovely wife.. She
doesn't weigh herself but determines if she's lost weight by the clothes
that she fits into (and she's wearing stuff that she hasn't been able to fit
into for a long while.). I, on the other hand, have lost 27 lbs and am
estatic.. another 15 to go for my target weight. (I was 227 and am today
200.. )
