Someone requested this, and I finally located it:
2 pkgs (regular size( Philly cream cheese, soften in mircowave
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Splenda, or more if you like it very sweet, I use 4
1 box sugar free jello (any flavor works well, orange is like a Creamsicle,
lime similiar to
Key Lime pie.
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
In bowl, blend with hand mixer, cream cheese, add vanilla, blend and add
Splenda and blend again.
In separate bowl, mix jello with 1/2 cup boiling water, add this slowly to
cream cheese mixture and blend with hand mixer. Lastly add the 1/2 cup cold
water, slowly and blend.
Either put in individual serving dishes, or pie plate. Chill 6-8 hrs, or
overnight.
Makes 6 servings at 3 carbs each, also freezes well. I served this in fancy
stemmed glassware, looks so elegant.

Is that 2 8 ounce cream cheese or the 4 ounce and the big jello or
the small one. One calls for 2 cups hot water and 2 cups cold and one
calls for 1 cup hot and 1 cup cold. Thanks!

The recipe I use from the Knox box is 2 8oz and 1 package of knox which is
about the same size as the smaller jello. My recipe also uses only 1 cup
like the one Beemie posted. I suspect you should err on the side of less
water first :-)
