Rach
It will go away, trust me. Just hang in there, it shouldn't be too much
longer.

how can you have started Atkins if you're not sure how to do it? didn't
you do any research before you started?

Hi Rachelle, welcome to the group! Many of us have found a cessation or at least
dramatic reduction in stomach acid -- it's a great motivator. I still get it
once or twice a month, but NOTHING like it was before!
The "carb flu" should go away within a few days, and then you'll feel GREAT, so
just hang in there!

If you aren't sure how to do it, I'd recommend reading the book. Most
of the information is also online at atkins.com. If you don't know how
to do it, you can't do it.
