After starting this WOE last August, I have never gotten to
the point of finding my CCLM.  It was difficult to add carbs
exactly as the book recommends, since my TOM was (and still
is) very irregular and my weight fluctuates wildly, thus it
would take much longer to determine if I am truly gaining or
staying the same.  Maybe instead of increasing 5 gm/day for
a week, I should increase 5 gm/day for a month?  I'm
currently at about 30 gm/day and average loss is 3-4
lb/month.  Thanks for any suggestions.

BTW, went to Gold's Gym today and talked with some folks
there.  They were very helpful.  My employer pays for
membership to any healthclub we choose (a nice benefit), so
I'm thinking about joining for some variety from the home
torture machine : )

You're very lucky.  Mixing things up can be helpful in staying
motivated... plus variety is the spice of life.
