That's the question I've started asking the food I eat (not that I expect an
answer, though).
After doing so, I've dumped a lot of the food that I thought was doing right
by me but in actuality was treating me worse than a lazy, good for nothing
ex.
Whatever I eat has to answer the following questions:
Will you...
1) Satisfy me in a proper-sized portion? (Size DOES matter)
2) Give me enough energy to last until my next meal?
3) Provide me with necessary vitamins and keep me "regular," too?
So far, I've already asked this of breads (LC and regular), pastas, many
"so-called" LC products, and LC candies...they all gave the wrong answers.
So I dumped them.
My life is a lot better without them, anyway. ;) Just a tip for anyone out
there that wants more out of their relationship with food!

Most of us probably aren't in danger of eating too little. :)

that's the way to go, eating honest food and treating food as fuel for
the body.

Single malt scotch is awesome (NO it does NOT have carbs as DON'T vodka,
gin, rum, bourbon, etc generally)
Malt can be made low carb through the judicious use of yeast.
Low carb beer? Uh...yeah.
Read the books.
You can have more than eggs for breakfast.
Yes calories do count.
Ketosticks are not neccessary to lose weight.
