I started on LC about 2 and a half months ago.  I'm currently  5'10" 155lbs.
down from 172 lbs.  Over the last week or so my weight loss has stopped.  My
first question, should I go back on induction for another 2 weeks?

My second question, I'd like to have a flat stomach/chest (not ripped).
What are the best exercises to accomplish this (or is diet enough)?  Are
regular crunches/pushups okay, or is something better needed?

Thanks.

No.  Induction is not about weight loss.  Are you following Atkins or
South Beach (I assume one or the other since you mention induction)?
What is your carb level?  What is your calorie level?  What is your
activity level?

You should wait it out, anyway, as it's only been a week or so.  A true
stall is no scale movement or inches lost for six weeks or more.  Your
body may just be 'taking a short breather' and may resume weight loss
without you doing anything at all.  If after several weeks of no change,
you can try several things.  Raise or lower your carbs (assuming they're
not rock bottom already), raise (by a very small amount) or drop your
calories, add more excercise.   Cut certain foods that have been known
to cause difficulties one at a time to test -- dairy is one, anything
with aspartame is another, etc.

why are you trying to lose anymore weight?  you're at the perfect weight for
your height.  you should be concentrating on maintenance at this point.
losing more weight would be unhealthy.

You know, you're right.  I didn't even look at the OP's weight/height.

I have a very big frame (wide shoulders, etc).  The reason I went on this
diet is because of "man-boobs" and a spare tire around my stomach/waist.  In
the 2 1/2 months, my man-boobs have practically disappeared, but the spare
tire still remains (somewhat smaller, but still very noticable).

I have a big frame and at 155 I'd look like an anorexic. Maybe concentrating
on building muscle is a better idea at this point?

You and Eric Cartman.

I didn't say big boned. By the guides the use to defing frame size, I'm
large framed. I'm not using it as an excuse for my weight. But 155 would
mean I have to lose a lot of muscle, not just fat. I look good at 195. Not
ripped, but good. Who's Eric Cartman anyway?

We won't know if you're really large framed until you're at a fairly low
bodyfat%.

Whenever somebody calls him fat, he responds with "I'm not fat, I'm big
boned."

Add pullups to the pushups and start jogging or speed walking for distance.
Also reduce your daily calories. It really is quite simple.

uhm, if you are a male why are you trying to lose more weight?  5'10" 155 is
perfect!  You are complaining because???

He's complaining because he's skinnyfat. In other words, he still has too
much bodyfat.
