Damsel in dis Dress - 13 Mar 2004 19:23 GMT
Well, the good news is, I weighed 3.5 pounds more yesterday morning than I
did this morning.

The bad news is, my fasting blood sugar was 221 today.  I suppose it's
going to take awhile for my levels to come down.  I hadn't tested in
months, and I shudder to think what my reading was on Thursday.

It's probably because of the dramatic drop in carbs over the past two days
that my headache has already set in.  But I'm not bitchy yet.  Maybe God
will let me skip that part this time?

Gotta leave the house for the rest of the day very shortly, so I'm not
going to have time to reply to everyone who's responded to yesterday's
posts.  Please just know that your encouragement is very welcome and
empowering.

Wow.  Dawn phenom?  Cuz I hear its way higher than at other times of the
day for some people.

Probably not.  Take tylenol and have a bubble bath or a good foot soak.
