I have a page on my website entitled "My Diet". If you want to see pictures, they are there. You need to skip down to the bottom of the page to find them. http://www.family.solidrockpl.org/html/my_diet_.html Because it is "to the world" and not just to my "friends and understand LCers" here...I left off the numbers.
