Flatten some chicken breasts w/ mallet, mix some cream cheese and jalapeno
(or whatever you'd like) and spread in middle of breasts. Wrap in some
bacon, and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Yum :)

Used to get shrimp wrapped in bacon at a restaurant in my college town,
broiled.

Also good:  Instead of cream cheese, place a thin slice of boiled ham and
your favorite cheese in the middle, close with a toothpick -- chicken cordon
bleu-ish.  Or, mix the cream cheese with garlic, chopped black olives, black
pepper - lots of flavor! (This is also great with pork chops - slice a
pocket in the middle and add the cream cheese mixture).

Yah, DW didn't care for the jalapenoes, so next time I'll go with one of
your suggestions :)

(She SAID she was having sinus trouble, I just wanted to help wink wink ;-))

I posted this one a while back. Same idea but delish!!!!!
Ya gotta try it!!! Take chicken
breast tenderloins and spiral wrap them in bacon strips. Put on cookie
at 350 until bacon is done to desired crispness ( THE CHICKEN COOKS
QUICK AND WILL STAY MOIST WRAPPED IN BACON) I mix up some mayo and
yellow mustard and a shake of Mrs Dash with tomato, basil and garlic
and dip the chicken in it, add a small side salad and voila you have a
wonderful dinner.

I just had that tonight, without the jalapeno.  Very good.  Yummy.

Yeah Yum...but not diet food. Just eat the chicken breasts and some
broccoli instead of adding all the saturted fat of the cream cheese
and bacon.

It's fine for us. We aren't dieting. We have a new way to eat and it's
yummy. :-)

New food of the week: jalapeño peppers.

Do away with flipfloping to e-mail.

Not eating 1000 calories or so of carbohydrate a day leaves a lot of
room for fats as fuel.

I stuff them with chopped broccoli or chopped spinach and some cheese.
