Several people have reported here very recently about receiving their orders
with no problems.

Yes I did, and it came within 3 days. I'm really happy with it as it
doesn't have the aftertaste that I experience with Splenda. Also, 1 drop
or so is all I need for a cup of tea, and I like my tea sweet, so it's
very sweet.

Do away with flipfloping to e-mail.

I ordered it and received it in less than a week. No problems. I use
it in my coffee every morning. I used to use two Splenda packets and
now I use two drops of the stuff. I think it's a bit sweeter than two
packets, but one drop isn't sweet enough. After about three weeks
there was some crystalization that was plugging up the dropper. I just
cleared it out with a toothpick and now it's fine again. It was also
very well packed. No complaints here.
