Flax/almond or hazelnut/protein powder cereal (post induction) is fairly bland.

Do you want this for stomach problems?
The trendy claims (usually by "coral" calcium fraud merchants) that
you can change the acid/alkali balance in your blood and tissues by
what you eat is a big load of bull. You can change the acidity of your
urine somewhat, but that's it. There is an extremely narrow range of
blood/tissue pH constantly maintained by your body, outside which you die.

Nothing that big deal. I'm used to Indian and Italian foods: spicy/salty
sauces over bland rice or pasta, maybe with milk to drink. I'm missing
that taste contrast. All the low-carb raw veggies etc seem to taste
sweet and slightly acidic.
Maybe a bit of 'acid stomach'/heartburn sensation, dunno if it indicates
a real problem.
