Hi All,
I am on maintenance now for 3 months with the Low Carb WOE.
I try not to eat too many eggs per week. I go crazy thinking of meals to
plan for breakfast. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You'

just eat food.  it doesn't have to be "breakfast" food to be breakfast.
eat anything you'd eat at any other time of day.

Take a look at the thread "Your favorite breakfast food?" that's been very
active for the past few days.  There are more than 50 posts with breakfast
ideas in it.

And another thread from a few days before that: "low carb breakfast ideas".

First of all, don't worry about the eggs ..
There are low carb breads, I love ezikiel bread for grilled cheese
sandwiches.
And breakfast sausage, I keep frozen patties ready to thaw the night before.
And some half&half with a low carb cereal (puff wheat) and splenda I have
once a week.
This morning I had steak & eggs.
I have been on maintenance for about 3 months too.
I need to get into those low carb cookbooks and start experimenting again.

| Hi All,

| I try not to eat too many eggs per week.

Why not?  (Just curious).  The old "eggs are bad for you" thinking has been
proven as outdated as "fat is bad for you."  Eggs are a close to perfect
food!   Or, is it just that they're a pain in the neck to fix every day?
