Hi all
The past weeks I stayed at around 70 kilos (154 pounds), pretty much
being content with the progress I made so far. And then three days I
suddenly dropped two pounds and am now at 69 kilos.
I cannot believe it. I dared not dream of this when I started this WOE
seven months ago. I always had mini-goals for myself, so it was all
do-able. My biggest goal was always to no longer be overweight.
When that was accomplished, the idea that I could have a weight in the
60s seemed suddenly do-able. Wow. I think some serious
clothes-shopping is in order. <g>
