Howdy folks,
Lately I've been running into this commercial about a diet pill called
Propolene that claims people can lose up to 20 LBs in a month without
ANY exercise.
I find this very hard to believe but the price is right, 30.00 dollars
and a money back guarantee. BUT, I want some cold hard facts and not
some salesman telling me what it can do.
Has anybody taken Propolene or knows of its use? Honestly I can't find
a single page on Propelene reviews, FAQS, etc just huge amount of
websites that sell the stuff.
Thanks for the help!
Cheers

perfect for loosing weight.

Yes I have heard of it and trust me don't waste your money. I have
tried it along with lots of other diet pills. It made my heart race
and made me really anxious. It doesn't contain ephedrine so I'm not
sure what ingredient in it does it but it does. Trust me I have tried
so many weight loss pills and they all either made me jitterly,
anxious or made me sick. Also even if you do loose weight with it as
soon as you stop taking the pill you gain it right back, that's what
happened to me with metabolife. With it you keep increasing the
amount of pills you take as it looses potency, well I was up to taking
8 pills a day and when I stopped taking them I gained back the 30lbs I
had lost plus 10 extra. Believe me there are no 'magic' pills that
are going to let you loose weight without diet or exercise. Just
stick to your LC diet and exercising, all those pills will do are
throw your body out of whack and probably set you back in your weight
loss goals. Don't do to yourself what I did, I just made myself
miserable and who knows what the ingredients in all those pills did to
my body. Don't waste your time or money. Well I hope my experience
with them helps you.

Hello,

Propolene is just what this company calls glucomannan, a type of
fiber. Extra money for a brand name.

There are significantly cheaper ways to buy it.

Notice the words 'up to'. You are more likely to loose the
wieght of a $10 and $20 dollar bill.

You might want to ask this person about it (email link on the page):

ROFL!! My favorite from the cease and desist:
"We have already spoken with Google head office and are also preparing
a case with them to have you and your fraudulent websites removed from
their search engines. We will make similar claims to others if
required."
Oh, how I wish he had written that to me. I could tell him a thing or
two about what Google is and isn't and who provides their information.
What a kook.

The guy from aquarium site is just pissed off that the other guy is
selling garbage, cheaper than the garbage HE sells. There is no honor
amongst thieves.

It's an expensive fiber supplement (glucomannon/konjac root), and
nothing more.
The FTC or FDA is cracking down this year on ridiculous claims from
diet products.

Again,
I'm not even over-weight but its just a bunch of bull sh*t when they
claims things on television that is plain false. The beginning of the
commercial, they "claim" to have a doctor named Jonathan Kelly from
Harvard Medical endorce this product even though I couldn't find one
Jonathan Kelly from Harvard anywhere online.
As for that aquarium link? Its just a false b.s. page to sell his own
products, which is funny as hell.
But I don't think personal attacks were necessary - I just wanted some
valid info.
Thanks for the people who gave me real info and not the same "go
excerise blah"!
Cheers

I called to order it today. I'm not very confident in it... It says
$29.95 on TV.. But when you call they said they were going to charge
that three times to make it actually $89.85 for the first month. That
seems like a scam...

Propolene glycol--antifreeze. Toxic. Very sweet. Just a trace kills pets
if they lap it off the floor of the garage.

Nope. Propylene glycol.
Totally different thing. Propolene is a brand name for a dietary
product, not a chemical name.

Ethylene glycol is antifreeze. Propylene glycol is commonly found
in liquid food coloring and flavor extracts.

Actually, I looked it up and pasted from a website. Because of what you
said, I looked somewhere else. They are BOTH antifreese, but only one is
toxic. That's what i get from using the web as an authority.
