7 bone roast seared in olive oil and garlic, add water let simmer,
toss cabbage on top and sprinkle garlic pepper on it. Not too fab but

and not eat tonigt anyway

I'm going to bake my corned beef at a low temperature for several hours,
until it can be flaked. Then I'll saute some olive oil, butter, chopped
cabbage, and salt & pepper. I'll mix the meat with the cabbage.
>HAPPY ST. PAT'S!
Same to you!

A big thank you to whoever posted the idea of frying cabbage in bacon
grease. That's my new favorite! I fry the cabbage and when it is almost
done, lay slices of corned beef from the deli on top. When it is hot, I
transfer it to my plate and squirt some cream-style horseradish on top.
Man, oh man, that's good eatin.

I have two corned beefs in the freezer and can't cook one cause I have
nowhere to put in... the fridge being full of turkey and eggs.
St. Pat's will come late here this year - maybe next week.
