Actually, just a little too good - gotta keep away from it! Dunno about those, but I use glycerine/glycerol. Has a taste rather similar to honey, very warm on the tongue. I found a product at Wal-Mart called Honey Tree's Sugar Free imitation honey in a clear bottle that resembles honey in color, texture and flavor, net carbs=0.
