Is there anyone who's too regular on this diet?  I take no fiber pills or
the like yet I'm way more regular than I was on low fat (and I ate the
same number of meals).  What's the deal?

Me, too - and no idea why.

You eat too much.

Most of us probably aren't in danger of eating too little. :)

What do you mean by too regular?
I haven't taken supplements either, if that's what you mean.

This may be TMI, but I go twice a day now instead of once a day, and I
don't take fiber supplements or eat stuff with sugar alcohols.  I think it
is because I am eating more salad, brocolli, and spinach.  Since I used to
go days without eating anything other than pasta, this change is not
surprising to me.

I have only 3 flaws.  My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.

How can one be too regular?

What the heck is flipfloping?

Do you mean flop-flopping?

I'm the exact opposite. I worked like clockwork every morning and/or
at about 6-7 PM. Now I can sometimes go 2-3 days between a bowel
movement(just skipped a day). I think it totally diet dependant.  So
far, it seems the more meat I eat the more regular I am. A few days of
heavy veggies and I don't need to go. And it isn't constipation. I
have no trouble nor is it tremendous amounts. I think I'm eating so
much less than before it simply isn't as necessary.
