Lately I have been Hungary all the time. It just sateted in the past
week. It seems that I just can't get away from this Hunger feeling. I
am fighting not to eat.
Is anyone having this problem, and what are you doing about it?

Are you the king or the queen of the Huns?

Most of us probably aren't in danger of eating too little. :)

You are supposed to eat.  Just eat low carb.

Fix yourself some salami and cheese roll ups.

Most experience a reduction in hunger.

Are you a troll?

Admitting you're the size of a small European country is the first step
in eschewing denial.

No, I don't have the problem of being in Hungary nor being Hungarian.

Your stomach will become smaller with time, becuase you eat less volume.
Eat lots of celery sticks.

Well troll possibilities aside, English may not be his/her primary
language. Despite that they appear to live in Tampa bay, Florida (a
RoadRunner cable user).

Hopefully the person will reply back and actually look for further
discussion.

Eating. Just stay away from carbs. I over ate the first week or two
but apparently by staying away from the carbs my appetite calmed down
and I began simply being less hungry.

Since the sentences are well-formed, include contractions, and Hungary is
capitalized, it's hard to believe it's not on purpose.
I just hope the next post isn't about uranus.

A spellchecker could have corrected hungary to Hungary, but that doesn't
explain that he capitalized hunger.

How many spellcheckers do you know of that would capitalize "hungary" but
say "sateted" is fine?

1. Check what you're eating. If there's hidden sugars or starches that could
trigger hunger and cravings.
2. If you're not eating enough then eat more. Just make sure it's low carb.
Cutting too far back on calories is just as bad as eating too many in the
long run. You're more apt to just give up if you're hungry all the time.
3. If you're a woman, hormones can sometimes cause hunger around that time
of the month. If that's the cause and you know you're eating enough then try
to fight the urge to eat. Do something that will keep your mind off food.

Hope this helps.
