I'm very excited to say that even though I had a little slip in
willpower last week I made my goal for the month. 5lbs down this
month, I'm aiming for 5lbs every month until I make my goal of 125lbs.
That makes a total of 37lbs gone so far and 60lbs more to go! I want
to say thanks to everyone on here who have been so encouraging and
given me such great advice, I'm not sure I would have been able to
stay on the wagon this time without all of your support. I'll keep
you all posted on my progress. Thanks again.

Great going, Nikole! You're doing so well! Are you enjoying shopping for
smaller clothes?

Thanks everybody. Well I'm 5'7 and I'm 21 years old. I think 125
will be a pretty healthy weight for my height that's how much my mom
weighs and she is my height and looks really good. I've been tempted
to go to the store to see if I can fit into a smaller size pants yet
but I want to hold off for a while. I promised my self if I made it
down to 160lbs I would buy myself a few new outfits so I want that
experience to be a pleasant shock lol. Can't wait to put my next
update, thanks again everyone for all your support.
