My this NG has been getting testy as of late. It didn't used to be like this. Everyone needs to focus on being helpful and supportive, because that's what this group is for, isn't it? Kumbaya! For me it is because I have a bad week last week with St. Patty's Day, which turned into a week long party. I drank Saturday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I started back on Induction yesterday. I have no idea what I weigh and won't know until at least Wednesday. I just don't want to see too much damage. I did work out during that week, so maybe it won't be that bad. On top of that, it is so damn cold here in PA that I am just ready for spring. We had a few warmer days and now it is freezing.
