You are off to a great start !
I still have a bunch to loose Jules .
But I have lost a lot .....and you will too . This does work .
Sometimes you will stall out for a while ...I am just coming out of a 5 week
stall ... but then you will start to loose again .
Just keep eating low carb :-)
I plan on eating this way for the rest of my life .

Another idea for self-improvement would be to figure out the difference
between "loose" and "lose". HTH

Another idea for improvement would be to figure out the difference
