Just wanted to let others know since I have gotten alot of email regarding
the journal for keeping track of carbs
It is called " Low Carb Tools " I have been using it. for 10 bucks it is
better than the atkins for one everything is in one book( like a spiral
notebook. I ordered on for my sister after she saw mine. Hey, I ve boughtno
carb bagels for $8!
