They just advertised this; Anderson Cooper is doing a special on the "low
carb craze" Tuesday (3/23) at 7 p.m EDT  on CNN.  Might be interesting.

In the past, show like this were invariable "expos?s" and very negative.
But since NBC's Dateline did their very positive hour-long show on Atkins
and low-car, I think the tide has finally begu to turn.  Will be interesting
to see what CNN does with it now.

Thanks for the headsup.  I have set my DVR for it.

Who saw it? Did anyone see it? How did it go?

I saw it only a little segment maybe 5 minutes toward the end of the
show. There was not much to it at all.

I saw it. It only took up a few minutes at the end of the hour. It was
way over-advertised for the amount of time it took up. And the show
didn't provide any new information. It just said that low-carb was
getting popular and gave a bland explanation of what low-carb is. It
wasn't worth waiting 50 minutes to hear about 7 minutes of talk about
low-carb. It did say it was changing the way people eat and the change
was having a big impact on parts of the food business (bread, flour,
wheat, etc.)
