I FINALLY got down below 200 today!! I've been waiting for this for months.
Especially with all the water fluctuations that came with the TOM, and hovering
around the same three pounds for so long, it was so great today to get on the
scale and see 198.5. That's 16 pounds above my lowest adult weight, and still
44.5 pounds above goal, but it felt so good, I had to share.
I've lost around 25 pounds (give or take a few; rough estimate-- I started this
thing with no reliable scale) since starting this WOE on January 1 and today it
really hit me how much progress I'm making, learning how to eat right and take
care of myself.
Good times.

Congratulations!
I have a goal to get under 200 this summer so I can take a skydiving course
and first jump.
Who knows if I'll want a second, but I'm definitely going to take a first.

I have no doubt you'll achieve your weight loss goal-- if you can do SKYDIVING
I believe you can do just about anything.
SKYDIVING.
Wow!

Getting below 200 is not, in my book, a mini-milestone. It is a huge, major
milestone! I can't wait for the day myself. Congratulations!
